		<content type="html"><![CDATA[Col. North was a better more relevant speaker I thought than Gen.Powell. While they were both excellent,I thought North spoke as a person not a spokesman. I wish we had access to the transcripts of Norths speach. that was fantastic, with lots of "details" I wish I could remember.]]></content>
